Characteristic

Ductile iron pipe fittings with ductile iron flange connecting ductile iron pipes. The three-way flange has a main pipe and a branch pipe which is perpendicular to the main pipe on one side of the main pipe and connected with the main pipe. A valve is arranged at the intersection corner of the main pipe outlet direction and the branch pipe outlet direction. A circular valve piece is arranged on the valve.

The valve piece is in the structure of mutual sealing with the inner wall of the pipe cavity in the closed state of the pipe cavity.The Ductile iron flange simplifies the pipeline setting, saves the consumption of pipeline parts, facilitates the operation, facilitates the maintenance of pipeline branch and the supply of each branch in stages.

In addition to the traditional function, the Ductile iron flange also functions as a double station valve.One of the main pipe and branch pipe output can be arbitrarily selected as a closed and the other as a smooth working state.The utility model can also arbitrarily adjust the flow ratio of the main pipe and branch pipe output, as long as the angle of the valve piece in the pipe cavity can be adjusted.

Connection method

The socket and spigot of ductile iron pipe shall be cut off, and then the external thread of pipe orifice at both ends of the pipe shall be processed. The thread pitch shall be 3mm, and the thread length shall be 3mm thicker than the cast iron flange.

For each processing of a pipe, two internal threads of cast iron flange shall be processed. After the pipe and the supporting flange are processed, the flange and the pipe shall be trial connected. It is required that the flange and the pipe thread shall be well matched and rotate flexibly without looseness.

After the processed pipe is connected with the processed flange (with internal thread), one end of the pipe shall expose the flange surface for about 3mm.After the flange connection is completed, the butt joint of the pipeline shall be carried out. During the butt joint, a rubber pad shall be added at the pipe joint, and a horizontal line of the two connected pipelines shall be ensured.

Advantage

Ductile iron flange is manufactured by EPC process, with short production cycle, high dimensional accuracy, cement lining, external spraying of anticorrosive zinc and asphalt paint, corrosion resistance and long service life. The lining is cement mortar and Portland cement.

It is coated with metallic zinc and asphalt paint. According to ISO2531 standard, the pressure is PN16. Material: nodular iron, large volume, light weight, good ductility and toughness.
