High strength bolt connection pair is generally referred to as high strength bolt.
Each connecting pair comprises a bolt, a nut and two washers;
All products are produced in the same batch and processed in the same heat treatment process.
According to the installation characteristics, it is divided into large hexagon head bolts and torsional shear bolts.

High strength bolts can be divided into grade 8.8 and grade 10.9 according to the performance grade, and the torsional shear type is only used in grade 10.9.
Grade 8.8 indicates that the tensile strength of the bolt rod is not less than 800MPa, and the yield ratio is 0.8;
Grade 10.9 indicates that the tensile strength of the bolt rod is not less than 1000MPa, and the yield ratio is 0.9.
The diameters of high-strength bolts are generally m16/m20/m22/m24/m27/m30.
High strength bolts can bear much higher load than ordinary bolts of the same specification;
Therefore, it is mainly used in some high-pressure environments;
For example, the connection of high-voltage or ultra-high voltage equipment, bridges, rails, etc., among which the high-strength bolts used for the connection of ultra-high voltage equipment should also be subject to greater prestress.
